"Tie my own shoes" Comedy Night

Saturday, March 7, 2026 - 7:00 PM EST

“Tie my own shoes” is a new show by comedian Vicki Ferentinos.

Tie My Own Shoes explores the joys (and indignities) of aging, not always gracefully; her journey as a professional chef; and life with her highly organized, slightly compulsive, and deeply lovable wife. Honest, hilarious, and deeply human, the show invites audiences to laugh at the shared experience of figuring life out as we go.

Vicki Ferentinos is a comedian, chef, writer, and storyteller. She has been a top-three finalist in Vermont’s Funniest Comedian competition and won first place in the Vermont Comedy Festival One-Minute Comedy Battle. Her one-woman show LadyBug Warrior received strong reviews at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Ferentinos has appeared on Comedy Central, Bravo, The Food Network, WOR, and performs regularly throughout New England.

Opening the show is Alex St. Louis, a Burlington-based comedian known for her enthusiastic, dark-humored style. St. Louis produces two monthly comedy shows at Radio Bean and has performed across New England, opening for headliners such as Beth Stelling, Ariel Elias, and Jared Freid. A self-described goofball who believes comedy can heal the world, St. Louis is thrilled to open for her friend and favorite comedian, Vicki Ferentinos.

Audiences are invited to join this special night of laughter—one that promises warmth, honesty, and possibly a bumpy ride.

Glitchy Business with Cindy Pierce

Mar 20, 2026 - Mar 21, 2026

“Let me add to the heap of praise about Cindy’s show. What a messenger, Pierce, who grew up in Hanover and graduated from UNH, is known for her fearless personality and non-stop humor.” – Actor Dan Butler

Cindy Pierce is known for her fearless personality and non-stop humor. Those characteristics converge in Glitchy Business, which chronicles Pierce’s unique take on life — navigating both the ordinary and the extraordinary — that shaped her path, including stories about growing up as the youngest of seven in an inn, navigating relationships, parenting mishaps, and the ongoing adventure of being human. At its heart, the show is about learning to be kinder to yourself, worry less about others’ opinions, and dive into life — glitches and all.

Cindy’s ability to poke fun at herself leaves the audience members feeling lighter and less alone. “I can’t help myself from generating or tripping into cringe-worthy situations,” she said. “Embarrassment doesn’t get its hold on me because the humor of the situation jumps into the front seat before the incident has fully unfolded. By the time I became a mom, it was clear that becoming an even-keeled, well-behaved adult was not an option. Shameless gusto is how I roll.”

Past audience members describe Glitchy Business as highly entertaining, honest, and relatable.

“I haven’t stopped thinking about Cindy’s show for over a week — the mark of unforgettable impact. It’s freeing, moving, and downright hilarious — every darn minute.” – Nini Meyer, Executive Director of Positive Tracks

Tickets: $25 Adults – $20 Seniors/Students. Beer, Wine & Concessions available for purchase

The Faux Paws

Thursday, March 26, 2026 - 7:00 PM EST

From raging fiddle tunes, to saxophone solos and unrequited love songs, the music of The Faux Paws would be hard to pin down with standard genre descriptions. The trio’s contagious groove, and feel-good melting pot folk music has been honed over ten years of playing together, and is the sound of three close friends (two of which happen to be brothers), who feel a musical kinship that transcends any stylistic limitations.  Now, after nearly a decade of music making, the bi-coastal trio are releasing their self-titled debut album “The Faux Paws”

Brothers Andrew and Noah Van Norstrand grew up playing contra dance music with their musician mother in the band Great Bear. Chris Miller grew up in Florida, and he was enamored with bluegrass, and studied jazz before going on to play with GRAMMY nominated Cajun-country band The Revelers. Since meeting in 2012, the trio have toured across North America several times, sometimes under the name The Faux Paws, sometimes as part of other larger ensembles.  But due to their commitments to other bands and musical projects, the timing was never right to focus on making The Faux Paws a priority. Instead, they took their time learning about different styles of music from one another, and finding where their interests and skills could create unexpected and exciting new sounds. “I love super glossy pop music, and Chris is always pushing more of a jazz influence” says Noah.. “But we all have a strong background in dance music, so almost everything we do has rhythm and groove, and is based around hook and feel”.

It may have taken The Faux Paws ten years to make their debut album, but those years have clearly not gone to waste. Now, with an experimental but cohesive vision, the trio brings together seemingly unrelated musical elements into one joyful and distinctive collection, deeply rooted in the raw humanity of folk dance and music traditions.

PRESS:

“…a compelling blend of traditional music virtuosity and driving dancehall rhythms alongside progressive instrumentation and improvisation” – Kara Kundert, Bluegrass Pride

“There’s so much that’s straightforwardly eccentric about The Faux Paws on paper that the contrast between sounds and sensibilities relaxes into a logical whole. The three have carved out a unique character in a genre where distinguishing oneself is a surprisingly difficult task. Considerable musical talent…they’re undoubtedly good. Whatever first impression the trio makes on paper, they make a better one with this record.” – Andy Crump, No Depression

A truly unique ensemble with such style, flair and soul that it’ll make you do a double take. – Brian Carroll, Red Line Roots

“[The Faux Paws] play an interesting mix of bluegrass and folk music, with elements of jazz and other roots music styles thrown in…[‘Guacmaster’] launches as a tasty mandolin number before Miller’s sax leads the guys off in a different direction. An amusing and clever take on the fiddle tune tradition.” – Bluegrass Today

Nashville American duo- Goldpine

Saturday, April 4, 2026 - 7:00 PM EST

From Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion and the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium to listening rooms throughout the United States, husband-wife duo GOLDPINE has been offering their own brand of bold harmony-driven Americana to audiences large and small.

WINNER of the 2022 Rocky Mountain Songwriter Contest, their distinctive harmonies are clearly a channel for their sometimes-raucous, sometimes-reminiscent compositions. With an incredible collection of stories about life, love, and purpose, their live performance is a powerful projection of everything Goldpine is about: striking vocals, bold harmony, and introspection into the human experience.

“Aptly named Two, Goldpine’s sophomore album extends the soft, sensuous sound that marked their highly-lauded debut — that is, an approach flush with low-lit illumination and hushed harmonies that convey sincerity and sentiment.” -The Alternate Root

Sam Lewis in Concert

Saturday, May 2, 2026 - 7:00 PM EST

One of Rolling Stone’s “10 New Artists to Watch”

From Wandering Soul to Nashville Icon: The Rise of Sam Lewis

Sam Lewis has collaborated with everyone from Leon Russell to The Wood Brothers. Chris Stapleton dubbed him “a modern Townes Van Zandt”. He’s often labeled with some form of the word ‘soulful’ (some have even compared his voice to molasses), Lewis’ style meets at a juncture of many different genres however he’s discovered what most musicians spend lifetimes working for; the place where feel-good music meets vital social commentary.

After spending a nomadic youth throughout the Southeast (USA), he began calling Nashville home in 2009. Since then he’s been joined on his journey by some of music’s most righteous and luminary figures. He has pressed the first few chapters in his career’s studio anthology with the release of his self-titled debut (2012). His sophomore release WAITING ON YOU (2015) features an impressive list of Nashville notables all placing their stamp on this enduring expression of un-compromised songwriting. Billboard announced the highly anticipated third studio release third studio release LOVERSITY (2018) and landed Lewis a spot on Rolling Stone’s “10 New Artists to Watch” list, with writer Marissa Moss describing the album as, “... seventies psychedelic soul, with a storyteller’s eye, a swampy Southern groove and an emotional, political punch.” SOLO (released 2020) is a solo-acoustic album recorded at Southern Ground Studios in Nashville in front of a live audience that captures Lewis in his element. HARLEY KIMBRO LEWIS (2022) is a trans-Atlantic collaboration with England’s own Martin Harley and East Tennessee all-star Daniel Kimbro that features a collection of all original material recorded in Nashville. The long-awaited new studio album SUPERPOSITION (2024) irresistibly fuses Americana undertones to hazy dream-like melodies with psychedelic instrumental flourishes. Comprising eight atmospherically captivating originals alongside a compellingly unique take on Dire Straits’ ‘Walk of Life’. EVERYTHING’S FINE (2026) is Lewis’s 7th studio album featuring a more sparse and intimate approach filled with songs that live under an umbrella titled, ‘Everything’s Fine’ which Lewis says, “is kind of a blanket statement I have become obsessed with for a while now…I love it’s duality and it’s usage whether it’s regarding the micro or macro of life…maybe everything’s fine, maybe it’s not, maybe it’s ‘fine’ in the macro sense but not at all in the micro sense or vice versa. I am definitely guilty of using it to define situations that are in fact NOT ‘fine’. We all have different thresholds of what may or may not be ‘fine’ but our unwillingness to accept discourse can lead to a further sense of disconnection if not properly addressed. ‘Everything’s Fine‘ is the most appropriate statement for the world I find myself living in at the moment.”

This impressive body of work has received critical acclaim and each session has grown with the legendary family for which he has adopted to curate and share his musical inner-vision with his listeners.

While each album has a distinct sound, they all circle back to one universal theme and certainly something you will hear Lewis preach to his audience, “we are all trying to get somewhere — all running from something or toward something; we’re all in it together, though.”
